Elisabeth Engelbrechtsmüller-Strauß, born in 1970, graduated from high school in Schlierbach and then studied business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. After graduating, she worked in financial accounting at Fronius International before moving to KPMG Auditing and Tax Consulting in 1997. After returning to Fronius in 2001, she first headed up the accounting department before joining the management team as CFO in 2008. She has led the company as CEO since 2012.
Elisabeth Engelbrechtsmüller-Strauß is married and has three children.
